Hunting




	The stocks in this category were specifically designed for hunters. Designs are both classic and Monte Carlo. These are fast handling stocks, easy to carry, and are built to be lightweight. In most cases they are a Kevlar and carbon fiber construction and handle recoil very well. A palm swell can be added to any of these styles if you wish. Weights might vary slightly, but are accurate.

Summit XL

Our lightest weight stock. Designed for hunters who pack for days and weight becomes a concern, but you need reliability when it counts. Finished stock weight 12 oz. with pad and studs. Barrel channel for #1 contour. Best for Rem. Model 7, and Rem. 700’s. Right hand only.

Summit

A classic ‘mountain rifle’ stock. Our most popular ultralight hunting stock. Best with any commercial action and up to a #4 sporter barrel, although we have put larger barrels in this stock including Carbon Barrels. Average weight is right at one lb. with pad and stud. Light, strong, and stable with trim forend and grip. Makes an impressive rifle. Higher comb for quick shooting with a scope. Available in right or left hand.

Stalker

Designed after the classic African hunting rifle for big bore calibers with express sights. Big brother to the Summit. Best with long actions (including the BBK 602) and up to a #7 barrel. A tough, big brute that will stand up to any caliber and ask for more. We offer a drop-box safari version of this stock. Right or left hand.
