All stocks are built for a customer, for their rifle project. They are available in the Kevlar/carbon fiber or 100% carbon fiber lamination. All stocks come standard with a Pachmayr 752 Old English recoil pad, QD sling swivel studs installed (and removable), masterclass bedding, and your choice of color of the epoxy texture coat finish.
Weights on the stocks will vary with size and complexity of design, the action to be inlet and bedded, and the barrel size. Each stock design will have a ‘lowest’ weight limit, from that point we can build to balance. We like to set up the rifle with a neutral balance point at the front of the receiver so the rifle will come up clean and point at the target.
Customer may request a specific lop at time of order. LOP is measured from the trigger to the overall length of the stock including recoil pad. Standard in the US is 13 5/8″. The epoxy texture coat is a non slip, non glare finish.
Upgrade options include:
- Pachmayr Decellerator , Limbsaver, of Kick-eze recoil pad
- Adjustable cheek piece and adjustable lop
- Extra sling stud in forend
Delivery time will vary with our backlog. We will need your barrel and action to do the fit and bedding for approximately 3 weeks when your job comes due. You may call for current backlog, and you may put a $200 deposit on a job to reserve a spot.
